MiniLuckyBook ("the App") is a personal expense tracking application. This Privacy Policy describes how the App handles information when you use it. We designed MiniLuckyBook with a simple privacy principle: your financial data belongs to you and stays on your device.
We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Specifically:
The CSV export feature creates a file on your device containing the transactions you choose to export. Sharing that file (via AirDrop, email, or the system share sheet) is an action initiated and controlled entirely by you. We never transmit it.
MiniLuckyBook does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, location, or health data. The only system features it uses are the standard share sheet (only when you tap Export) and your device's local notification-free storage.
The App is safe for all ages. Since no data is collected from anyone, no data is collected from children.
If we ever update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and publish the new version on this page.

By downloading, installing, or using MiniLuckyBook ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your Apple devices for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the App Store.
The App, including its design, iconography, and code, is owned by the developer and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by applicable law.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Calculations, charts, and summaries in the App are provided for informational convenience only and may contain errors or omissions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We may revise these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
The App itself does not integrate third-party services. If you choose to share an exported CSV file with third parties (for example, by email or cloud storage), your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the App developer, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
