FastNetWorkSpeed is a network speed test app that helps you understand your connection quality in seconds. With one tap, the app measures latency (ping), download speed, and upload speed, updating results in real time while the test runs.

How It Works

Tap Start on the home screen.
The app measures ping, then download speed, then upload speed using secure HTTPS requests to public network endpoints.
Live numbers refresh during download and upload phases.
When complete, results remain on screen and are added to History (if the full test succeeds).

Important Notes

Speed results depend on your network, device, and the test server route at the time of measurement.
Results reflect connectivity to the internet at large and may differ from ISP-reported or wired speeds.
An active internet connection is required to run a test.
History is stored locally on your device and is removed when you delete the app.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the FastNetWorkSpeed mobile application (“App”) published by the developer identified on the App Store listing (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the App except as permitted by law.
Interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or third-party test endpoints.
Use automated tools to abuse network test endpoints or generate excessive traffic.
Misrepresent speed test results as official measurements by your ISP or any third party.

3. Speed Test Results

The App provides estimated network performance based on sample transfers and latency checks. Results are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, consistency, or suitability for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use test results.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may connect to third-party network endpoints (such as public CDN speed test servers) to perform measurements. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or changes to those endpoints.

5. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the App or any feature at our discretion, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FastNetWorkSpeed (“App”) handles information when you use our network speed testing application. We designed the App to collect as little data as possible. We do not require an account, and we do not sell your personal information.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not ask you to create an account and does not collect:

Name, email address, phone number, or postal address
Contacts, photos, or other files on your device
Precise location data
Advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking
Payment or billing information (the App is free to use)

2. Information Stored on Your Device

When a speed test completes successfully, the App saves a local record on your device containing:

Test timestamp
Ping (milliseconds)
Download speed (Mbps)
Upload speed (Mbps)

This data is stored locally using on-device storage (SwiftData) and is not transmitted to our servers. You can delete individual history entries in the App or remove all data by uninstalling the App.

3. Network Activity During Tests

To measure your connection, the App sends HTTPS requests over the internet, including:

Small requests to measure ping / latency
Download transfers from public CDN-style endpoints
Upload transfers to public endpoints that accept test data

These requests may be processed by third-party infrastructure providers (for example, content delivery networks). We do not control what those providers log on their systems. The App does not attach your name or account to these requests.

4. Data We Do Not Transmit to Our Servers

We do not operate a backend server that receives your speed test history, device identifiers, or personal profile information as part of normal App use. Test history remains on your device unless you choose to share it elsewhere (for example, via a screenshot).

5. Analytics and Advertising

The App does not include third-party analytics SDKs or advertising SDKs in its current version. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

7. Data Security

Because test history is stored locally on your device, its security also depends on your device settings (passcode, biometrics, backups). We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using a strong device passcode.

8. Your Choices

Delete history: Swipe to delete entries in the History screen.
Delete all App data: Uninstall the App from your device.
Stop network tests: Do not run tests, or cancel an in-progress test.

9. International Users

If you use the App outside your home country, your network requests may be routed through servers in other regions depending on your ISP and the third-party endpoints used for testing.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
