Nothing you enter ever leaves your device. There is no backend, no analytics, no ads, and no account — your options and history are stored locally with SwiftData and stay yours alone.

Welcome to IntelligentDecide (the "App"), developed and provided by the IntelligentDecide team (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or otherwise make the App available to third parties.
You agree to use the App responsibly and only for legitimate purposes. You may not use the App to:
The App, including its software, design, graphics, icons, branding, and all underlying code, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. You retain ownership of the decisions and option lists you create while using the App.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. IntelligentDecide is an entertainment and productivity tool; we do not warrant that any decision outcome it produces is correct, optimal, or appropriate for you. You are solely responsible for the decisions you act upon.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.
We may update, improve, or discontinue any feature of the App from time to time. We may also revise these Terms; the latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time and uninstall it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Deleting the App removes your locally stored data from that device.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how IntelligentDecide (the "App") handles your information. In short: the App is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data.
The App collects and stores the data you intentionally create while using it, all of which remains on your device:
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, or any advertising identifiers. The App does not require you to create an account.
Because processing happens locally on your device, the data above is used only to provide the App’s core features: remembering your option sets, recording your decisions, and restoring your preferences so you can keep using the App as you expect. We never use your data for advertising, profiling, or analytics.
The App makes no network requests and is not connected to any backend service. We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your data to any third party. There are no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs embedded in the App.
All data is stored locally on your device using the secure, sandboxed storage provided by iOS and iPadOS. The App does not transmit data over the internet. To further protect your data on supported devices, we rely on the device’s built-in encryption and you may additionally use your device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID to protect access to your device as a whole.
Because no data is stored on our servers, there is nothing for us to retain, process, or delete on your behalf.
The App is safe for general audiences and does not collect personal information from any user, including children. Since no personal data is gathered or transmitted, the App raises no special data-handling concerns for children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and we will note the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted within the App where appropriate.
