This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Calculator application ("the App") available for iPhone and iPad. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By using the App you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service where applicable.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of calculations. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Your privacy is the entire point of Calculator. This policy explains what data we handle and, more importantly, what we do not do.
Nothing. The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. There are no analytics SDKs, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party trackers embedded in the App.
All calculations, history, and unit conversions are performed locally on your device. Your inputs and results never leave the device unless you choose to copy or share them yourself.
If you use the history feature, your calculation history is stored in the App's private local storage on your device only. It is not backed up to our servers and is removed when you clear it or delete the App.
The App does not require an internet connection to function. It makes no outbound network requests for analytics, telemetry, or advertising.
The App is safe for users of all ages and collects no information from any user, including children under 13.
We may revise this Policy occasionally. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and the latest version will always be available in the App and on this page.
